Any person 18 years or older who subscribes to the objectives of the association and who is willing to contribute to those objectives, cane become a member of the association. Eligibility for membership is with out regard to sex, race, color, or national origin.

The types of membership in the association shall be (i) Individual, for students and single persons (ii) Family, for parents of children of any age, (iii) Life, for persons making a donation of seven (7) years membership dues or more, and (iv) Patrons, for individuals or organizations making a donation of $500 or more.

The executive body of the ICAEA can extend the honorary membership to an organization, to an office, or to an individual based on their eminence and/or service to the community.
